Sara Depedri

Senior Researcher

Sara Depedri holds a degree in Economics from the University of Trento and a doctorate in Law and Economics from the University of Siena.

At Euricse, she is a senior researcher and a lecturer and module tutor for the Master GIS – the university master’s in Management of Social Enterprises.

Her research interests mainly focus on stakeholder participation and motivation, governance, labor dynamics, inclusion of disadvantaged workers, social welfare, organizational policies of cooperatives and social enterprises.

In recent years, her research activity has focused primarily on social impact evaluation, which is also the focus of her scientific production, carried out both on projects and to report and evaluate the work of Third Sector entities. Sara is also the scientific manager of Euricse’s ImpACT method for assessing the social impact of Third Sector entities.

In the past, she was a research fellow and adjunct lecturer at the University of Trento and adjunct professor at the University of Bozen at Brixen in the courses Occupational Choices and Motivations at Work, Political Economy, Economics and Management of Social Services, and Evaluation of Social Services.
