The main purpose of the report is to conduct an in-depth study on cooperative management in Trentino, exploring the characteristics of administrators and managers, their training and experience, as well as the governance mechanisms within cooperatives. It also aims to assess whether cooperative management prioritizes entrepreneurial efficiency over mutualistic goals, and to compare the skills and training of managers with those of presidents and administrators.

Through the analysis of collected data, the goal is to understand how preparation and knowledge are transmitted within cooperatives and how relationships between key figures within these organizations are managed.
