The final Conference Program will be posted on the Euricse website approximately one month prior to the conference, and will be distributed at conference registration. 

AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR PER SUBMISSION MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY MAY 23, 2011, TO HAVE THEIR PRESENTATION SCHEDULED IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 5, 2011. 

The Registration Fee cover all materials, two lunches, a visit to the Buonconsiglio Castle in Trento, a welcome cocktail reception, and the gala dinner.

Cancellation: written notification of cancellation should be sent by letter or fax to the Euricse Secretariat. Cancellations before May 30, 2011 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after May 30, 2011. 

Visa: Euricse will provide you with a letter of invitation if desired. In order to receive a letter, please send a written request to conference@euricse.eu with your full name, address, organizational affiliation, fax number with dialing codes, and full passport details (passport number, issue and expiration dates, and nationality). These letters of invitation will only be sent if Euricse has received the delegate’s conference registration form and fee.

Conference participants can take advantage of special rates, thanks to an agreement between the University of Trento and the hotels. All those intending to enjoy these facilities must make their own reservation directly at the hotel, qualifying themselves as participants in the Conference “Cooperative Finance and Sustainable Development” and asking for the special rate reserved for the University of Trento. Information about your arrival and departure, cancellation, and any other changes must be communicated directly to the hotel. We suggest booking the room as soon as possible.

From Catullo Airport, Verona
- take the shuttle to Verona Porta Nuova railway station (about 20 min);
- take a train to Trento, direction Brennero;

From Marco Polo Airport, Venezia
- take the shuttle to Mestre railway station (25 min); 
- take a train, connecting in Verona, to Trento, direction Brennero

From Orio al Serio Airport, Bergamo
- take the shuttle to Bergamo railway station (about 25 min);
- take a train, connecting in Brescia, then Verona, to Trento, direction Brennero.

From Linate Airport, Milano
- take a shuttle to Milano Centrale railway station (about 25 min.);
- take a train, connecting in Verona, to Trento, direction Brennero.

From Malpensa Airport, Milano
- take a shuttle to Milano Centrale railway station (about 1 hour);
- take a train, connecting in Verona, to Trento, direction Brennero.

BY TRAIN

From the Italian airports, the direction of trains to Trento is Brennero. Purchase tickets at the railway ticket offices in the airport upon arrival.

Remember to validate your train ticket in one of the yellow boxes located along the platforms before boarding, both outbound and inbound, or you will be fined.
