Ann Hoyt is a Professor of Consumer Science in UW’s School of the Consumer Science Department, and does research and develops educational opportunities and training materials for consumer and purchasing cooperatives in the USA. An internationally known expert on cooperative business and cooperative governance, Ann has trained several thousand cooperative and nonprofit directors. She is past board Chair of the National Cooperative business Association and served 10 years as the Board Chair of the University of Wisconsin Credit Union.
