The Public Consultation on the results of the study on the European Cooperative Society (SCE) is still ongoing. The replies and comments will help DG Enterprise and Industry to facilitate the trans-national activities of co-operatives. All other comments and information
regarding problems faced by national cooperatives and/or SCEs, or any difficulties regarding the objectives or the sector activities that a cooperative is allowed to pursue, or if there are sectors where cooperatives cannot operate will be welcome. Please, see the following
