The (irresistible?) attraction of the think-tanks does not spare cooperatives and social enterprises. Everyone would like to have a "think tank" (possibly their own), where scientific knowledge could be elaborated in the key of strategy and policy. The wish is more than acceptable, if it wasnt for one problem at the source: the quantity and the quality of scientific output on this topic. The fragmented nature of contributions, together with subordination to the mainstream make it difficult to ensure adequate contribution of these think-thanks to the production of knowledge.
